      Filthy and unsafe

      Cobwebs everywhere, bedding and towels were all stained and nasty looking. There was only a chain lock on the door. No lock on the handle, no deadbolt - felt very unsafe and unsecure. Also poor customer service.

      Nice Room

      Our room was perfectly OK, comfortable, clean. We were given a 2nd floor room, with a very high stairway, but we (and our dog) managed.
