For a one night stay it was clean and a good place to lay your head. We didn’t get any treats as was stated in the description. Nice by the creek.

I think they made there own bed frames out of old sheet metal! It was unbelievably loud. The ice machine didn’t work. The tub was so gross that we didn’t use it the whole time! The family’ children had toys all over the front lounge blocking the doorway half the time. The toilet ran all night and the shower faucet dripped. I can’t believe that they charged $150 per night. The only thing we enjoyed was making a fire and sitting OUTSIDE.

Biker Barbie (there really is a biker Barbie doll on the wall near her, checked me in, she was very personable and easy on the eyes. The room was very old school, the key was an actual key with the old diamond shaped plastic room number attached. AC was great, as was the water pressure and the grounds were amazing. Ice machine best I've ever used, must be newish. Had social events beginning at 6, though I didn't attend. The place is on a roaring creek, which was a nice surprise. The view of the mountains across the street was the best, they seem so close.
Room was a bit dark, and the bed reminded me of basic training. In the morning when I checked out, I asked "If I could have change for a ten" for a tip for the cleaning lady, the gal at the desk, not beautiful biker Barbie, but like her angry, short haired middle-aged aunt, replied "Could I?" Which I thought was a bizarre thing to say. Might want to make shoes in a factory instead of work the desk with the public. I expect to stay again. It was my first time back in Maggie Valley since I went to Ghost Town in the Sky back in the early 1970s...great memories. I also came to see Wheels through Time, which was closed without notice. Will likely never go there out of silent protest.

Motel was very nice but dated. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Room could have used more lighting. It was in an amazingly beautiful area of the Great Smoky Mountains! Ice machine was broken but the office provided ice when asked. Very nice breakfast and ample parking. It is located next to Dale’s Wheels through Time motor cycle museum for those motorcycle enthusiasts out there who are pet lovers too. Entire motel is pet friendly!

The whole room was horrible outdated door in and out stuck bathroom had mold. Floors were dirty. No drapes. Light shone all night through window. Floor had not been cleaned we spilled water and wiped up and the towel was filthy. No phone in room. TV didn’t work had to have it worked on. Bed springs were broken beds squeaked all night. If I had not prepaid and had the dogs with me and it had a 25 hour cancellation. I would have left gone thirty miles the other way and gotten a choice of places to stay. Had no idea. Well worth sometimes to pay extra for the dogs and go to nice place. This is actually being nice. And oh the breakfast was cereal, oranges, frozen eggs, toast or small bite size muffins and coffee. Yeah really that’s there continental breakfast. Do not stay here nothing around was open the whole town was a ghost town. Drive out of town for everything we did do. Which was all costly and a waste of time. No dog friendly places to be found. Be warned it stinks, literally.

I loved the fabulous outdoor grassy area right next to a strong rocky stream. There are 4 different fire pits with Adirondack chairs, picnic tables and plenty of other dogs.

I chose to stay at this motel again. The staff was friendly and helpful. A great motel to bring my dog. Plenty of room to walk and enjoy the outside. I would stay here with or without my dog because if the covered patio, overlook deck, and fire pit. Free continental breakfast and BBQ dinner on Saturday with live entertainment.

Very happy with the motel, owners were great, the rooms are newly updated. Very nice pool area too. Lots of space for your dog to explore along the creek. Reasonable rates for you and your pup. We shall return.

The room was clean although it is an older hotel it has been maintained well. We received no special treatment as others who had stayed previously such as treats and water bowls. The grounds were nice and lush next to the creek. Teagan enjoyed all the smells in the park like setting.

After driving through the Great Smokey Mountains NP we stayed here with our golden. Location was excellent, room was comfy and restaurants were within walking distance. Large lawn to walk the pooch and there is a stream along the back where Kasey was very interested in some ducks. Would stay here again.
