    Courtney's Place Historic Cottages & Inns tries to make your stay in KW as enjoyable and comfortable as possible. Staff is considered family. Guests can check-in anytime after 3:00 pm and are requested to check-out by 11:00 am. Both dogs and cats are welcome. Please inform in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. Guests must be 25 years of age or older to check-in and must be staying at the property. Guests under the age of 25 can only check in with a parent or official guardian who is also staying in the unit. Please note if the reservation is cancelled, the total amount plus all fees (including the service charge and taxes) are non-refundable.

      Very dog friendly

      Stayed here with my two pups. Rented out one of the stand alone cottages with a king bed. Loved sitting on the private porch at night with my pups. Walking distance to everything. Far enough away for some peace and quiet. Highly recommend. Would definitely stay here again.

      Great location, but poor service and NOISY!

      Our efficiency apt was very nicely furnished and was very comfortable. Its location is really within walking distance of all the main sites in Old Town Key West. But, we did not get room service (trash cans were overflowing and we literally ran out of toilet paper) and the load noise went on LONG after the "quiet time" of 10pm. The place is nice, but they need to step up their game re: cleaning and enforcing the nighttime rules.

      great location!

      The place was special. Great location and easy check in and out. Unfortunately no breakfast due to Covid. Will definitely come back!
