      Wonderful place!

      Wonderful stay in Ruidoso! Beautiful grounds, quiet location, friendly, helpful staff, and a fabulous breakfast. Our dog thought it was great too!

      Quiet location

      Located up a small hill, nestled among the trees, the grounds are beautiful. They serve a nice hot breakfast and all the staff was pleasant and professional. This is an older property so don’t expect it to be the Sheraton. It was comfortable and just what my dog needed after a day in Ruidoso.

      Good dog-friendly hotel

      We gave this hotel a try when passing through Ruidoso with our two dogs. The rooms are typical of a Best Western - nothing fancy, but roomy and clean. The grounds were very well-suited for dogs, with a large green space in front of the the hotel with large trees for shade, and with undeveloped forest area behind the hotel. The front desk staff were very friendly and ended up not charging me for the dogs.
