Please inform Santa Ynez Ranch on 20 Acres Home in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. Guests under the age of 25 can only check in with a parent or official guardian who is also staying in the unit. Please note if the reservation is cancelled, the total amount plus all fees (including the service charge and taxes) are non-refundable

      Nice Room

      We had a nice room, plenty of space. No problems with hotel personnel or guests. My only complaint was being on the 4th floor and having to ride the elevator down every time the dog needed to go. No real problems with it though.
