The Old Tioga Inn Bed and Breakfast welcomes two pets of any size for an additional fee of $15 per pet, per night. However, only the Master's Quarters Deer Room is pet friendly. Guests with pets must call (877) 411-3436 prior to booking to verify availability of a pet-friendly room or risk not being able to check in with a pet and/or incurring any associated cancellation penalties. Both dogs and cats are allowed, and crated well-behaved pets may be left unattended in rooms. There are grassy areas on the property for pet relief.

The Old Tioga Inn Bed and Breakfast is located in Fairmount Springs. Free WiFi access is available. Each room here will provide you with air conditioning. Featuring a shower, private bathrooms also come with a bath or shower and a hairdryer. Guests can check-in anytime after 8:30 am and are requested to check-out by 11:00 am. Both dogs and cats are welcome. Please inform Kayel's Mountain Retreat in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. Guests will receive a rental agreement, which must be signed and returned directly to the property prior to arrival. If the agreement is not received, the guest should contact the property management company at the number on the booking confirmation. Please note that only registered guests are allowed at the property. Guests shall abide by the property's policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 pm to 8:00. Guests must be 21 years or older to check in without a parent or official guardian. Guests are liable for any damage to the property that occurs during their stay.
