The Westin Jackson allows one dog up to 40 lbs in designated rooms for no additional fee. Guests with dogs are assigned to rooms on the fourth or seventh floor. Well-behaved dogs may be left unattended in rooms upon signature of a pet waiver. Dog bowls and beds are available at the front desk, and there is a grassy area for pet relief on the property. Everyone was so kind and welcoming to us and Sassy. Even gave her a little treat when they saw her. Room was big enough for us and a large crate. The elevators are FAST and plentiful so that received my nerves for that early morning pee break. The only reason it's not 5 bones is that there really isn't a good relief area for the dogs or any place to dispose of the poo bags. Would recommend for them to add a small disposal box somewhere near their grassy spots. But still highly recommended for comfort and accommodations with a dog.

Super clean and friendly, and seems like a very safe place to stay for the area. Really wish there was hot coffee and tea available in the lobby area of the hotel, and a microwave in the room without having to ask for one. Staff was great!!!

The hotel is beautiful, clean and the staff went above and beyond. They were very accommodating from the checking in to checkout. We definitely stay again if in Jackson Mississippi.

The staff and hotel amenities are fantastic. We had a very relaxing overnight stay. We even dined at the Restaurant Estelle which was exceptional both in service and food. The hotel staff were friendly, welcoming and very accommodating.
