    Located 4 miles from New Mexico Museum of Space History, this motel features rooms with free Wi-Fi. White Sands National Monument is 12 miles away. Each room provides a flat-screen cable TV at Economy Inn Alamogordo. Guests can check-in anytime after 2:00 pm and are requested to check-out by 11:00 am. Dogs are also welcome. Entire property is non smoking, if a guest chooses to smoke in a guest room there will be a cleaning fee.

      Noisy, old and smelly.

      Not great for people, but the dog didn’t care!

      Room ok, no good place for pups to go

      Older place, but pretty well maintained. Clean. Smallish room. Innkeeper initially wanted to charge more than listed on BringFido in pet fees, but accepted the quoted rate. No grass. Only area apparent to take dogs out was gravel. A couple of times my dogs wanted to eat something crunchy from the gravel (possibly discarded bones from a barbecue). In daylight found that best place to take dogs is around back of motel where there is some scrub grass and dirt, along with a little junk, but this area is very dark at night.
