Loved the proximity to the park (there were deer just hanging out!), a/c was nice and cool during the day and the room stayed warm at night. Thanks for a great stay!

This place was slimy, smelled like smoke for nonsmoking room. The outside halls were dirty and checking in a nightmare. Go elsewhere !

It was dirty, loud, really old, and falling apart. The second worst place I have ever stayed. I won’t be staying there again and I don’t think anyone else should either.

Upfront , this is an older hotel. The place has new owners and I thought was a great value. Staff were super friendly and you are right on the connector to the river path to walk downtown. Our pups loved the walks and the rooms were clean, bed was comfortable and the location can’t be beat....highly recommended
