This hometown style motel is adjacent to the Colby Community College. The rooms at the motel are equipped with tea/coffee-making facilities. Guests can request a microwave or refrigerator for their rooms at the Brooks Motel. Guests can check-in anytime after 12:00 noon and are requested to check-out by 11:00 am. Both dogs and cats are welcome. Please inform Cherry Grove Beach Cottage U Cottage in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. Guests under the age of 25 can only check in with a parent or official guardian who is also staying in the unit. . Please note if the reservation is cancelled, the total amount plus all fees (including the service charge and taxes) are non-refundable
