The units will provide guests with a microwave. Guests can check-in anytime after 3:00 pm and are requested to check-out by 11:00 am. Both dogs and cats are welcome. The property manager will also send a welcome e-mail that contains terms and conditions related to your rental. The property manager will send an e-mail directly with a lease agreement which should be reviewed carefully, signed, and returned to the property manager. Taxes and fees and service charges include County and lodging taxes, a cleaning fee, a reservation fee assessed by the local property manager and a damage waiver that covers in the event of accidental damage to the property. Homes with pools have a pool maintenance fee and homes with hot tubs have a one-time hot tub cleaning fee assessed by the local property manager. A per person fee may be charged at certain condo associations. Guests under the age of 25 can only check in with a parent or official guardian who is also staying in the unit. ID may be requested at check-in.
