    Set on the North Fork in Greenport, 157 km from New York City, Sound View Greenport features a seasonal outdoor pool and views of the Long Island Sound. There is a sauna and fitness centre, and guests can enjoy a drink at the bar. Guests can check-in anytime after 4:00 pm and are requested to check-out by 11:00 am. Both dogs and cats are welcome. Please inform Beach House in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. Guests will receive a rental agreement, which must be signed and returned directly to the property prior to arrival. If the agreement is not received, the guest should contact the property management company at the number on the booking confirmation. Please note that only registered guests are allowed at the property. Guests shall abide by the property's policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 pm to 8:00. Guests must be 21 years or older to check in without a parent or official guardian. Guests are liable for any damage to the property that occurs during their stay.

      Nice place

      Not sure how to gauge the rating system, but it was a nice and clean room. There weren’t any amenities for my dog. When we checked in I asked where we can walk the dog and they pointed us to the beach. There was a nice stretch of rocky sand for her to play on. Otherwise, not much else. The room was really nice and dog/beach friendly. Please bring your dog’s bowls, bed, etc - because there was none of that in the room.

      Nice spot

      Nice beachfront rooms. During my stay there were many dogs staying. I was able to bring my dog off leash on a small rocky private beach outside our room, though anywhere else on the property such as the main beach area your dog must stay on leash. Overall a great experience for me and my pet.

      Great location

      The rooms are nicely renovated and each room has a water view. The hotel is extremely dog friendly with the exception of the fenced in pool area. The hotel is on a private beach that is very dog friendly and they provide beach chairs, towels, and umbrellas. In the evening there is a beach bar with Adirondack chairs and fire pits to enjoy the breathtaking sunset with your furry friends. There is a $75 pet fee but it is worth it.

      Beautiful hotel

      Big room, recently redone. Front and back door, easy to take ur four legged friend out either to the beach or along the walkway to the little grassy area. Breakfast and breakfast room were great with beautiful views. Will definitely go back!
