      Just Like Home!

      Lundeen Inn of the Arts is not your run-of-the-mill place to stay. The nooks and crannies of the house are full of art, and the inn is only a few blocks from downtown Las Cruces. We had a ground-floor room with a patio and access to a large backyard. Our dogs were able to run and play in the yard while we enjoyed sitting out on the patio watching them. Everyone at the inn was very welcoming. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay there.

      Truly Unique and Welcoming

      Stayed one night on my way across country. Mother and daughter run the Inn which is more like a bed and breakfast as there is a sit down breakfast at large communal dining tables for all the guests in the morning. They are very welcoming and truly dog friendly. Their own dogs were also there on site. The room I had on the first floor was large and clean and had direct access to a huge fenced-in backyard that my dog was free to run around. The only downside of the first floor room were the old wood beam ceiling/ floors. I could hear every footstep booming above me and every creak of the upstairs bed on the floor. Unless you sleep like the dead, insist on an upstairs room. Otherwise the noise is seriously disruptive. Luckily the people staying above me were not a huge problem and seemed to go to bed fairly early. For the price I paid and the uniqueness of the art and building, it’s was an overall positive experience.
