    Situated just minutes from Santa Monica Pier, these private boutique guest accommodations offer kitchenettes in each unit. Shopping at Santa Monica's 3rd Street Promenade is a 5-minute walk away. Guests can check-in anytime after 3:00 pm and are requested to check-out by 12:00 noon. Both dogs and cats are welcome. Please inform Ocean Luxury Lofts and Suites in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. Guests will receive a rental agreement, which must be signed and returned directly to the property prior to arrival. If the agreement is not received, the guest should contact the property management company at the number on the booking confirmation. Please note that only registered guests are allowed at the property. Guests shall abide by the property's policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 pm to 8:00. Guests must be 21 years or older to check in without a parent or official guardian. Guests are liable for any damage to the property that occurs during their stay.

      Would stay away from this place

      You can hear everything from the room. People yelling outside, your loud neighbors, the people above you. Don’t expect to have a nice sleep if you stay in this place. You can’t even report noisy neighbors because there’s no lobby/employees on site. Website says you have parking. False. We had to carry so many stuff from parking to the hotel. Not worth it. Someone kept on trying to open our door. Super sketchy!! Would not recommend this place.
