Complimentary breakfast is provided. Guests can check-in anytime after 4:00 pm and are requested to check-out by 12:00 noon. Both dogs and cats are welcome. Please inform Torched Wood by the Bay in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. Guests will receive a rental agreement, which must be signed and returned directly to the property prior to arrival. If the agreement is not received, the guest should contact the property management company at the number on the booking confirmation. Please note that only registered guests are allowed at the property. Guests shall abide by the property's policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 pm to 8:00. Guests must be 21 years or older to check in without a parent or official guardian. Guests are liable for any damage to the property that occurs during their stay.

      Very dog friendly, questionable location

      New hotel with nice rooms including a kitchen and good TV with netflix/hulu (using your own account). Floors are vinyl, so not a ton of pet fur or smells. Hotel is a ways from the French Quarter down a less than ideal street and next to an abandoned hotel and homeless camp. No dog relief areas; grass a block away past the homeless camp. Free breakfast til 9 weekdays, 10 weekends. Bars on roof and in lobby
