    Do not stay here

I have to start off by saying that the grounds are impeccable. But the whole hotel is a trap house. The drug deals and weed smell every day tells you everything you need to know about this place.

    Friendly staff!

Good place to stay overnight when traveling with our dogs. Not fancy but clean. What really stuck out was how incredibly nice the staff were, from check-in to check-out!

    Great room and nice people!

Easy check in, welcoming to pets. Great grounds with a gazebo and nice trees and a pool.

    Well located, dog friendly

I selected this place due to it's location but more so my trust in the BF "bones" rating of 4 bones. What a disappointment; the place was filthy, old, smelly, and rented out a number of rooms to welfare cases at govt expense. A 2 bone rating at best was deserved, in spite of the elegant lobby & friendly staff.

    Beautiful green lawn

Great space for dogs to walk. Hotel is very retro, authentic 1950s.

    Very nice stay!

Clean, comfortable room. Great place to get a good nights rest. Quiet and friendly with a convenient dog walking area. We'll definitely stay again if we're in the area.

    Dog Friendly 🐕

Quaint hotel with a motor court. Pet friendly and they have a large dog walk area. Had a very nice exchange with Lao at the front desk who was very gracious and friendly and checked us in early when we arrived. It's a good value for the money. My only note is I realize it's an older hotel and I would recommend it, but just to note when the people in the next room took a shower at 11 at night you could hear the pipes creaking through the wall and the blankets on the bed had seen better days.

    Sufficient

Although it was not fancy, it was sufficiently appointed with an area for dogs, relief receptacles and bags, and there was a fridge and microwave in the room. I got the impression that it's relatively low price point was reflective of the environmental setting. Through no fault of the facility, it was rather noisy between 8 PM and midnight with local traffic including a band of motorcycle riders with less than adequate mufflers, racing each other with a vengeance! But for a one night stop over if other options were unavailable, I would use this motel again. I did find a cockroach in the bathtub, but having lived in the south for many years I know bugs are a part of life. You have to be very vigilant with treatments to keep them at bay. Some folks may find that off-putting, yet, I feel this is something to be noted in a review.

    Not bad got quick stopover

We stayed here a couple of years ago and stFf was super friendly and rooms were a bit nicer. This time, we weren’t greeted nearly as friendly and he saw 2 dogs running loose and mistakenly assumed they were ours and was shouting dogs had to be on leash. I had 2 small yorkies and dogs that were loose were pit bull and something but he did apologize. Rooms were adequate . Breakfast was said to be coffee and donuts but ended up being packaged mini muffins. Outside area is great for dogs.

    Live this place

I've dealt with different people all 3 times I have stayed here with my pup and everyone has been so nice and accommodating. Always good for a good night's sleep when I drive halfway down to south Florida from NYC. Highly recommended.

    Excellent stay

One night stay driving from FL to New England. Easily the best dog walking area we've seen. Room was adequate and clean. Coffee and donuts at 6 am. Good value. We would stay here again when traveling with our dogs.
