We were pleasantly surprised when we first stepped foot in West Gate Gardens. Stephen was a great host. We stayed in the King Room with Garden View which was a gorgeous room with a king size bed. The home was as breathtaking as the backyard. We loved the continental breakfast and chocolates. We had breakfast out on the patio each morning while our dog roamed the beautiful fenced in back yard. We also thoroughly enjoyed the gorgeous game room. We competed in playing darts, pool and the ultimate, an original Packman arcade game! The location was great. We were able to walk with our dog to all the nearby restaurants, trails and Yowell Meadow Park. Our time at West Gate was quite memorable! We would definitely stay again if in the Culpeper area.

It's in the middle of a neighborhood with no parking except on the street. And even there you might not be able to find a parking place in front of the house. Details, like parking access and the fact that the room is up a steep staircase were not indicated until it was too late to cancel without penalty.

We had the absolute pleasure of getting to stay at West Park Gardens. We found this gem through BringFido. Several of our children live in the Culpepper area. We have always struggled with leaving functions early so we could safely m0 Commentsake our 2.5 hour drive home. Last night was wonderful, Stephen provided us with our check-in information. It was like arriving to our own home away from home. The house is beautiful, the accommodations were extremely comfortable and our dog was welcomed. We will be back.

Beautiful home with generous room. Fenced back yard! Two blocks from nature trail with babbling brook. Kind host. Nice continental breakfast!
