Both dogs and cats are allowed, but pets may not be left in the room unattended. Pets receive treats at check-in, and there is a pet relief area on the property.       Great Hotel

      Booked this place last minute for a trip to Banff. It was incredible. The staff was friendly, hotel was clean, Diego had a blast and we were both dreading having to leave. Close to Banff and all it has to offer but this city is great and has a nice downtown too.

      Very friendly

      Standard room but it was clean, quiet, and accommodating. Nice green area right out of the hotel. Staff were very friendly. Would stay here again.
