The Moxy has a friendly staff that’s welcoming to dogs. There’s a patch of green space (hard to find in most urban settings) for our 60 lb girl in the back parking lot. That said, it’s a formulaic hipster lower-end trendy boutique hotel. $100 pet fee so the overall price jumped up quite a bit. the room was pretty tiny. We would’ve been better off staying at a more posh place for the total spent or gone with a cheaper hotel for more room. The windows don’t do much for sound mitigation from the outside. We’d stay here again in a pinch but will definitely do a more thorough hotel cost comparison next time we’re in Chatt.

Very hip hotel, super clean, super pet friendly, in cute downtown Chattanooga location. The staff was very friendly and helpful. There was also parking for hotel guests only. Definitely would stay here again if traveling through this area.

Stuff was very friendly with my dog, they have dog treats at the desk when you check in. There is a nice area for the dog in the parking area. Rooms are small but very nice. If in area again, I will book my stay with them again.

This was our third time staying at the Moxy on our way through with our dog. They have dog treats at check in and I love the fact that there are hard floors throughout including the rooms and hallways so very dog friendly! There is a $50 pet fee which is probably the only disadvantage. You will also pay $15 to self park overnight. It is walking distance from many great dining options. There is also a dog park about a mile away if you want an off leash space for your dog to run.

We stayed here for 3 nights with my dog and my parents dog. They were awesome! The staff at the desk was very welcoming to our dogs, and even had little biscuits for them several times. I would definitely recommend the Moxy. They are also within walking distance of everything in the Choo Choo area!

There aren't many places you can enjoy a drink with your dog inside, but Moxy makes that possible & I am obsessed. Pets are welcome anywhere in the hotel, and they even have treats at the front desk. There's a grassy area to let the dogs use the bathroom complete with a pet waste station. Little things like this make traveling with a pet so much more convenient & I really appreciate that they offered a dog bed and bowl at check in too! Also in a great part of town to take the pups for a stroll around the southside.

Some times ya wanna go where everybody knows your name... and at Moxy my dog Rudy is treated like a regular! The staff love on him & offer treats every time he visits. He settles in like he owns the place. You can sit anywhere in the lobby/lounge or outdoor patio with your pup (other than directly at the bar). It’s a fun spot for us both to enjoy.

Rooms are attractive but very small. Staff was very nice and the place is colorful and clean.
It's clear that the place is aiming for a younger energy which manifests at night as a college scene in the lobby and bar area. They also have a nice large outdoor bar and space which also fills up at night with mostly college aged people. If you're interested in watching people not social-distance socializing or wearing masks right now, it's definitely a place to be.
It's definitely a scene and if you just want a place to sleep it's likely not for you.
