Linens and towels are provided. There is no minimum stay at this property. Guests will receive a 100% refund if their reservation is canceled at least 14 days before the arrival date, or a 50% refund if it is canceled at least 7 days before the arrival date. Guests may check-in anytime after 4 pm and must check-out by 11 am.

This amazing home is close to great restaurants including the famous Crystal Palace and ice cream shops. We are close to several hospitals near by including: San Joaquin Hospital, Cancer Center, Heart Hospital, Dignity's Memorial and Mercy Hospital and Kaiser Permanente. This property has a ring doorbell that video records activity in the front entrance.
