All pets must be crated if left unattended in the rooms. Four-legged guests will receive a gift bag with a bowl, ball, treats, and waste bags. The hotel also offers free high-speed Internet access (at kiosk) parking local calls and weekday newspapers. There is a coin-operated laundryroom on site and same-day valet dry cleaning is available. All rooms have dataports voicemail free coffee and tea Pay-Per-View movies and Nintendo hairdryers and work desks. Pets are welcome for a daily supplemental charge of C15.00 payable directly to the hotel.

      Excellent for pups

      My Scottish Terrier and I spent three nights here, and the accommodations and service were excellent for us both. I booked a king bedroom, which included a sofa and was very clean and comfortable, as well as good value. The hotel provided a bag of dog gifts when I registered and were very solicitous of my pup’s comfort. The lobby was dog friendly. We met several other well mannered pups during our stay.

      We visited several wineries between Kelowna and Oyosoos. All allowed dogs on the grounds and in the tasting rooms. HINTS: Request an upper floor room facing the back (quieter and more private). The residential blocks north of the hotel make better dog walking routes than the busy thoroughfare on which the hotel is situated.

      Great pet-friendly hotel!

      This will be our go-to hotel when travelling through Kelowna with our dogs from now on! We liked the location and although it was busy, it was central to everything in town (and there's a Starbucks right across the parking lot). We received great service here, from the friendliest housekeeping staff to good service from the front desk, and were also pleased with the room! Our room was right across from the grassy area for pets and was equipped with laminate flooring, a super powerful air conditioner and lots of space for our dogs' crates and beds. The dog goody bags they gave us at check-in were so cute and such a nice touch!
