The room quality was sufficient and on par with what I expect from La Quinta. My issues are these: The hotel charges you a fee for your dog and requires you to fill out paperwork stating that you'll be a responsible pet owner during your stay. Why is there dog feces in every green area around the hotel? Piles everywhere. Irresponsible pet owners are the cause, but why isn't the hotel keeping up with this maintenance need?
My second issue is with them putting me on the 3rd floor, center of the hotel. This means long walks to the stairway, down 2 flights of stairs, walk the dog around the feces all around the property, then hike back up the stairs, and down the hallways. Seems fairly inconsiderate considering they charge for a pet and the hotel was maybe at 20% capacity the night we stayed. I confirmed with the front desk staff and was told that ALL rooms are pet friendly, you just have to pay the fee. Again I ask, what did the fee cover?

This place has GREAT reviews, but I just stayed for a couple nights and it was a train wreck. I had to wait 2 hours to check-in (99 degrees outside). I asked for a room near a door or an elevator for my labs, but was given the room furthest from everything in the entire hotel - 3rd floor & down these long twisting hallways. Housekeeping knocked on my door every morning multiple times before checkout time. The coffee was horrible. The a/c unit leaked into my suitcase. Whatever. It was clean, there's a Starbucks next door, and tons of green space for the dogs.

Super clean and comfortable room. All the staff greeted my pup each day. Clean area to take your dog to use the restroom to include poop bags and a bin to dispose of the bags. Bentonville is super pet friendly as well.

Paula, in particular, at the front desk made us feel welcome. Unusual for dog friendly hotels, the grass and grounds around the property were clean of any deposits from previous canine visitors. A testament to the diligence of guests cleaning up after their dogs or special attention by hotel staff to clean up, but no matter why, this was particularly impressive.

Room was spacious and clean. Shower had good water pressure. Conveniently located and a short drive to downtown and crystal bridges (which is a great option for taking the dog for a walk/hike). Breakfast was above average. Only downside was the rather noisy AC.

We had a wonderful room located close to an outside door, which made it easy to get the dogs out. The hotel is close to major attractions. We really enjoyed the indoor pool.

Our first time using BringFido was not a disappointment. Our room was spacious, clean and close to the hot breakfast. Courteous and friendly staff. Breakfast had several hot choices (Biscuits and Gravy, eggs, sausage, bacon). Also cereal, yogurt, rolls, bagels and toast. Perfect in every way.

La Quinta Inn & Suites in Bentonville, Arkansas is a very nice hotel in a convenient location. It was easy to find on the main strip and the covered entryway was a godsend as a torrential downpour was in progress when we arrived. Check-in was efficient and hassle-free and our third floor hotel room was conveniently accessed by elevator (I would have preferred a ground floor room for the convenience of taking my dogs out to potty, but the third floor room at the back of the hotel made sense as far as minimizing potential barking from the rest of the hotel's guests.)
The room was nice and clean, appropriately accommodated with a king-size bed, cable TV, coffee maker, mini-fridge, microwave, iron and hair dryer. The hotel had an exercise room, hot tub and indoor pool. (I assume the pool was heated as children were swimming during our stay in mid-December, but we did not think to bring our swim wear and did not take advantage of these amenities). There was a convenient and adequate continental breakfast. The staff was very friendly and we were greeted warmly any time we came into contact with desk clerks, cleaning staff, and the woman tending the breakfast foods. I was pleased with this stay and would visit this La Quinta again.

We came for the art galleries and a hike. La Quinta Inn was a perfect location situated between amenities and highway access. The property was clean and well maintained. We'll definitely be back!

Clean, comfy, breakfast wasn’t bad, have to ask for linen and just put trash outside the door. 24/7 coffee and tea is a nice touch. Only markdown is side door to parking area scanner only worked about 20% of the time, so you have to walk around to the front or prop it open, which defeats the purpose of the locked door.

We stayed here over Labor Day weekend with two large dogs. The staff was awesome, the room (an “executive suite”) was clean and large, and there’s a big green space behind the building. We’d definitely stay here again with or without dogs.

We are grateful for any hotel that allows dogs and we got very nice service in Bentonville. We have stayed in a lot of dog-friendly hotels but this was the first one where the rooms just smelled like dog. The staff were very willing to move us, but the first room was just overpowering. They shut the room down and ordered a deep-cleaning - so it might be better. It was also wet and rainy in Arkansas for the week prior to our stay so it is possible that the dog smell was unavoidable but we have not encountered that before. On the bright side, this La Quinta is in a very convenient location.
