We have stayed at this property every holiday for the last five years and always greeted by a festive lobby whether before Christmas or the day after. I should have known something was different when we checked in at 3:00 pm on December 26th. Not one decoration to be found. Also the pool was out of service. We stay at this location because it is close to our grandchildren and they have enjoyed the decorations in every other occasion with the exception of last year (2020 COVID). We checked in, left our luggage and left to see our family. How disappointed we were when we returned to a room with no alarm clock, ice bucket and an empty tissue box. In the morning we discovered the window seal was broken and the glass so ghosted you could hardly see out. Our last night there (we stayed 3) needed to iron something. When I opened the closet there was a pen and a pill (capsule) on the floor. My guess is there has been a change in management. It is a great location if you are traveling with a dog. Lots of space to walk them and even open fields to allow them to run. Don’t know if we will be there next Christmas.

Bed was comfortable and room was clean. Amenities were fine. But was really out in the middle of nowhere. Plenty of room to walk the dogs though.
