My family was traveling on military PCS orders. The staff was unhelpful when trying to locate the pet area and acted like we were the first family to ever bring pets into the hotel. Front desk staff was unhelpful and rude when asked for a receipt at checkout. Do not recommend staying at this location with large dogs.

Clean room but chairs needed updating. That’s the only thing that held it to 3 bones. Super staff and wonderfully close to the Clinton library, river walk, and bridges.

The room was great and the staff were responsive but a homeless person approached us just outside the lobby when we were trying to check in. Approached again later when going out to car parking area to retrieve items from car.

We were placed on the 6th floor as there are no first-floor rooms at this hotel. Grass? I found a small curbside area out back in not a great area. There was no info given about dog area at this hotel.

The staff was really friendly, and the hotel was wonderful. Not really any space to take your dog to the bathroom though. Just a small patch of grass, but that wasn't really an issue for us. The breakfast was GREAT, and there is a fantastic brewery about a 5 min walk away which is pet friendly! We had a fantastic meal with some great beers, and the staff was so kind to our pup! Would def stay here again!

Everyone was very nice and accommodating. My dog was able to sit with me at the bar while I had a drink and ate some dinner. The room was very nice and clean and the bed comfortable. The hallways were quiet and we never heard any noise. There is a small, grassy area outside the area for the dogs. Unfortunately, most people did not pick up after their dogs. They did serve breakfast and had a nice selection of cold and hot foods, but nothing to write home about.

Easy on and off. Nice furnished and well kept. Breakfast standard fare. Nice little bar area. Good pizza. Entry way a little awkward. Overall, very good overnight stay.

Went to Little Rock for a mini dog vacation for the Labor Day weekend. We only stayed one night here and we had to wait an extra hour for our room and half the staff are terrified of dogs. I'm okay with standing a distance away out of respect but when you tense up and start showing anxiety/fear, my dogs react in wanting to comfort you. This kind of reaction out of the staff made me upset for the rest of my stay.

This was a great pet friendly hotel to stay at overnight. It is right off the highway and super close to the Clinton library, the River Market and the Arkansas Travelers baseball stadium. The construction is annoying but obviously not the hotel's fault. The doggy area is a bit close to the road, but they provide waste bags which makes things efficient.

I would have given this 4 bones, except the noise from the highway can be loud, and at 12:21 am I had to call the front desk to get them to shoo a bunch of outrageously noisy teenagers out of the hallway. The hotel itself is very nice, the breakfast buffet is welcome. Only having two elevators can make things dicey when you're juggling your dog and luggage at busy times. Lots of area to walk the dog. Added bonus-a short walk to the dog-friendly "Lost Forty" brewery.

The staff was very welcoming and accommodating, however, the rooms smelled like wet carpet or mold. I’m not sure if it was the AC units leaking on the carpets, but this made the room feel dirty or unclean. The rooms also need serious upgrading. Overall, I wouldn’t stay at this hotel again.

My pup has major anxiety so traveling can be especially hard on him. The staff was very friendly to all size dogs, the room was large which allowed the dog to get more comfortable and space to play ball. Room was very clean and updated, and the free hot breakfast was great!
The only downside was that there was not a lot of grassy area for the pups and we were placed on the 4th floor so we had to ride an elevator every time we wanted to go outside. The rest of the experience was so wonderful that the two downsides could be overlooked and I'd definitely go there again.
