  Last minute booking

  We booked our room in the parking lot later in the evening. We basically got the last bottom floor room which are the ones that allow dogs. The room was in process of being remodeled. There was a TV lying on the bed and a cabinet pulled out. They hadn't finished replacing the TV which was done right away once I notified them. No big deal. The floors are newer vinyl plank wood, beds are comfortable. There was a refrigerator and a microwave. NO coffee maker.

  The room was almost finished being painted. It was fine. BUT then you get to the bathroom... my boyfriend had to adjust the flow on the toilet for it to work properly. There was gritty stuff on the toilet/in shower. Bathroom and sink, vanity area were very dated. Faucet was not secure in sink. The rooms were non smoking along with the hallways but when you opened the door, all you smelled was cigarette smoke. Hallways very rundown looking. Lobby very clean.

  I had a wonderful experience with the lady at the front desk. All employees super friendly. All in all, it was good, just happened to get a room half done. Don't expect high-end and you won't be disappointed. Oh, I did have to take my dogs out at 3:40am for a potty break and I felt completely safe by myself. I would stay again.

  Horrible experience

  The pictures were nothing like the reality of this hotel. Our room was missing light fixtures, lamp shades were torn, mirror was falling apart and the tub was filthy; the fiberglass finish had totally worn off! The shower was not usable. The carpet was disgusting, stained and dirty. Other hotels in the area were all booked or we would have left immediately. This was the worst experience we have ever had at a hotel in 40 years! Absolutely disgusting! Only gave 1 bone because 0 wasn’t an option.

  Terrible

  I booked 2 non smoking rooms. We ended up getting one of them as smoking. So yes it stunk. The mattresses were horrid! Big indents and leaned back toward the headboard. The bathrooms were nasty and unkept. Don’t even get me started on the staff. Kimberly checked us in, and we don’t think she wanted us to interrupt the show she was watching on TV. Not a smile. Not a greeting, not a thank you!

  Then come 9pm, there was a dog that kept barking. I let it go past 10, past 11, past 12. Nothing was done about this dogs out of control barking. So at 12:30am, I went to the front desk. The woman there was so busy on her phone, she couldn’t be bothered to look up and acknowledge I was there. The gentleman looked at me and asked what room. How was I supposed to know what room? The walls, ceilings and floors are paper thin! He responded “at least someone else said something because they all think I just complain about stuff here." Apparently there were other complaints about this guy leaving his dog alone all night, yet nothing was done because staff complained but not guests?!?

  My advice? Don’t bother staying here. They don’t care about the guests, the cleanliness, nor the environment you are staying in! A complete disappointment.

  Super Pet Friendly

  This is a pet friendly hotel with plenty of grassy areas surrounding the property for dog walking. The hotel itself is basic, no frills, but still a good value for an overnight stay.

  Thin walls, dogs hear it all!

  The photos for this hotel are not what the place looks like. The linoleum floor was sticky throughout. We were right next to the entrance so it was really loud. Nice staff though!

  Good room and staff

  The room was clean and the staff was friendly. Very little options for breakfast as the milk was sour and the apple juice didn't work-pretty much oatmeal, granola bars, coffee, and OJ.

  Lots of space to walk dogs. Trucks all around but good for price.

  Not bad

  Not a bad stay. Room was clean. My dogs were allowed in a non smoking room. Everyone was very friendly. I had 2 dogs and they were both allowed, there is no dog limit and dogs aren't required to stay in smoking rooms
