The hotel was super convenient. The breakfast was great, the dogs loved the beds, and there were a few spots to potty. There was even fresh baked cookies in the lobby, what a plus! The location was great as well. We definitely would stay there again.

Everything was nice, but a metal plate on the door was super sharp and it caught my husband's puffy jacket and tore it. You know how expensive puffy jackets are, right? According to the receptionist, there was not a way to get ahold of the manager right away. The receptionist said she would make note of the incident and they will contact us. Day 2, still no contact.

The room was very nice. The front desk staff were friendly. The only issue for us as seniors is that it’s too steep of a climb to walk down to the road, so we had to drive across the street to a restaurant.

What a wonderful find. We are driving cross country with our small dog and this was the perfect first stop along the way. The hotel is convenient, clean and the staff is super friendly and helpful. It is nestled near the highway but just behind a lovely clutch of trees which made it feel quiet and calm. There is a small pool in front which we didn't use but looked fun and full of happy families. There are a number of nice patches of grass for the dog and one block away is a gorgeous urban trail which was great for a quick walk before jumping back in the car. The morning breakfast was tasty and very easy to navigate. All in all, we slept like babies and woke up ready for the next adventure.

I LOVE this hotel in the summer months. They have a great breakfast area and food. The hotel staff is always wonderful too. The rooms are nice and kept up. The complaint I have with winter is there's no real area to walk your pets. There always seems to be snow and ice when I travel through here in the winter months. You can't get around the hotel because of the slops and no walkways. There used to be a little wooded area next door, but now the new owners have fenced it off and you can't walk there. Price for pets is a little higher than I like, but they let me take my large dogs and have never said anything to me. Both of my pets are well behaved though. If it's not winter, you can also walk your pet around the area because they have sidewalks.

We had the perfect location in the facility for getting our dog out early in the morning (5:30 am) without disturbing other customers. Room was very clean. Facility takes care to have relieving stations around the property. We have stayed here several times without our pet because there are very good restaurants nearby within walking distance. Highly recommend.

We got the closest room to the dog area outside which was so convenient. Dog was able to join us by the hot tub at night and had a great time meeting friendly people. We all had a great time.

Upon checking in late clerk was beyond friendly. Room at first glance was ok but it was not clean. Carpets were not vacuumed and Lucy wouldn't stop smelling carpet or walls which tells me there was urine everywhere. And my dog is a snob. Bed was very comfortable but noisy like sleeping at your grandmothers house. Water pressure was fine and water was hot.
Breakfast was grab n go bags of either donuts or heat and eat jimmy dean biscuits. After getting sick at last hotel (my issue not hotel) we passed and got on road. When checking out hubby who had been up at crack of dawn looking for coffee was pretty sure poor front clerk lives there which makes for long hours. - MelodyJun 23, 2020Guest Review
If you stay at comfort Inn , your staying at the wrong hotel

The Comfort Inn was extremely clean, furniture and fixtures were up to date, shiny and new. Beds were comfortable and Our king room was quite spacious. The laundry facilities were easy to use and efficient. Staff were courteous and welcoming, we and our pet were treated well. No dedicated dog run, however sufficient grassy landscaping for walks about the property. Dog bags and bins easily accessible. Definitely recommend.
