  Great stay

  Everyone was kind and the room was very clean. They had a nice doggy park to walk in.

  Dirty and noisy place

  The floor was so filthy I cleaned it myself. Room was in poor condition, mattress was bad, shower stall was dirty, and towels were like sand paper. Staff was friendly but when told that the room was dirty and upstairs guests stomped around all hours of the night, they remained blank faced and did not even apologize for it. I will never recommend this hotel nor stay in it again.

  Clean, comfortable stay

  Our room was clean, spacious and comfortable. Teddy's bed fit perfectly in the open closet nook. After a long day of travel the room was a comfortable and great value to relax in for the next day of travel. The staff were friendly and welcoming. We had a early start and the staff let us know that the coffee/tea/cocoa and cereal bar was open 24/7, they even had oatmeal!

  Dirty room and green spaces

  There was black hair all over/under the sheets and in the bed. The receptionist was nice enough to bring us new bedding. Floor and walls are starting to fall apart. Green spaces have signs saying “no dogs on grass.” Won’t be back.

  Safe and clean!

  This hotel surprised me how clean and well taken care of it was. I would definitely stay here again. However, I have a cat so I can see how it may be difficult for dog owners since the grass says no pets allowed. Unfortunately, I was on the ground level near the maintenance room so it was loud and frightened my cat majority of the time. I just kept the tv on low volume to drown it out. Otherwise, the room and bathroom especially were very clean! Friendly staff too!

  Budget feel

  Nice and clean but feels like a motel. Pet friendly but dogs aren’t allowed on the front grass? Also cheaper to join rewards program (free pets) than pay the pet fee.

  The room was ground floor #130, and located where the view was looking at a wall in the corridor between buildings, so there was no view or natural light. The hairdryer was broken and the window privacy molding around the edges was ripped out of the wall. The pool spa were closed and covered for the winter, which wasn’t mentioned before booking. It took 23 minutes to get hot water flowing in the shower. There is a bit of grass at the front of the property for dogs, but it is really belonging to the Motel 6 next door. The “dog area” for this hotel at the back is a 10 ft patch of rocks and sharp red lava rocks which cut my dog’s paws.

  Friendly host at check in, clean updated room and bathroom, pet friendly with reasonable priced pet rates, and easy checkout. Wish we could have stayed longer.

  Pet and Pet Owner Friendly

  We are traveling from CA to SC with our 2 pugs. The young girls that checked us in and out on 6/30/22 and 7/1/22 far exceeded our expectations. There are plenty of areas for your dogs to walk. The two grass areas say NO PETS ALLOWED but it wasn’t a problem for us. Price was excellent. The building needs repairs but that is to be expected. Breakfast burritos were big and delicious! Great, comfortable stay for one night.

  Only problem noted was the dog area needed some more attention, otherwise great place to stay with your dog. Will stay again.

  No designated pet area

  The hotel itself was wonderful. Clean, friendly staff. Unfortunately there is nowhere to take your dog to relieve itself. Parking lot is surrounded by slopes covered in lava rock. Otherwise a 5 out of 5.

  Would stay here again

  We had a room on the ground floor with easy access to our vehicle through the room’s sliding glass door. The room and bathroom were clean and comfortable. Staff were friendly and the adjoining restaurant had awesome burgers. The road noise was pretty loud on the patio but we were able to bring our pup with us.

  Great! Except...

  The room was well appointed and clean. Nice quiet location and convenient to what we needed/wanted. BUT, the noise from upstairs was almost un-bearable. Every step was hear and/or felt. This is a questionably dog friendly property, as they have only a small plot of grass, which is clearly marked "NO PETS", and other, pet friendly areas are all covered with lava rock. My dogs would not even walk there as it's painful on the paws. Would stay again but only WITHOUT our pets.

  Basic, Good Service

  I got to Flagstaff in a snow storm, and the guy at the desk was having real problems. This review is to recognize his hard work as housekeeping had apparently skipped off. That's probably not a five bone review, but, he was working very hard in challenging circumstances, and I got a clean functional room, somewhere to charge my EV, it was dog-friendly, and breakfast was accessible with no fuss, and in bad weather, all that deserves recognition. The negatives I will say for those not dealing with snow, are first, that this is an older-style property, with outside stairs to second floor rooms. Second, that side of the building did basically face the interstate, and there was road noise throughout the night. All these places are by roads, but the noise was noticeable.

  Good for a night

  We liked the room and it was spacious, the pet relief area needs some work though and wasn't fenced. They were friendly at check in as well! Just not many options for the pugs to get out and run.

  Perfect stay!

  Green Tree Inn was easy to find, great location, quiet, very clean rooms, very nice staff and a great breakfast! We will definitely stay with them again!

  Good "dog" room. Went to Thorpe bark park close by. Decent breakfast in morning.

  AWESOME STAY

  There are 3 or 4 motels right next to each other and we just pulled into this one cause we were tired. When I went in to check if they took pets, two very nice gentlemen assured me our dog is more than welcome... they even lowered the price by $20. The room was upstairs facing the highway, but we never noticed the noise. Bonus was they had just replaced most of their beds with new ones. The next morning we were leaving 30 minutes before the free breakfast was to be served and luckily it was all ready and we got to have a bite to eat before hitting the road.
  Our dog, a 55 lb Boxador, is particular about motel rooms and refuses to go into some... but this one she loved. We took a nice walk around the small shopping center located accross the street and found that the backside was a good area for her to be off lease a bit. Then we ordered food to go from IHOP and returned to the room.
