The resort and the grounds are GREAT. Everyone is super dog friendly and they can be more or less anywhere outside. Our room smelled when we walked in. Our screen door (sliding glass door with a screen that leads out to some lawn behind our room) was broken and the door itself was run down. (The additional lock bar was super loose and not tracking correctly.) The rug felt a lil' gross/dense, and everything was a bit run down. Full transparency: I almost asked housekeeping to replace the shower head since it looked crusted in calcium, but I didn't feel like making a big to-do. Considering how friendly and well-kept the resort itself was, I'm giving it 4 bones. If it was based on the room, it'd be 2. Worth booking, because I wonder if it was a fluke, but maybe say something if your room is in the same condition as ours was.

Definitely going to come back to this property! Every staff member made sure we were both hydrated bringing us water constantly. Very well behaved/Service Animals are welcome everywhere even the dining room if you’re animal is a necessity (they actually understand here and not look at you funny). Paul, Carmelo, Jessica, Kalyn, Zamahara, Mike, Mateo, BB, Peter… too many wonderful staff to name! My Brownie felt like a prince and you’ll love the fountain and two waterfall pools. BONUS they have working Hoyer lifts for each pool and plenty of accessible rooms for us disabled and differently abled folks!!!!!

Rooms were spacious, new with many luxury touches. The resort grounds are beautiful with two pools and lots of grass and gravel. Dogs are welcome anywhere on the outside grounds. My favorite part of the experience was sitting at the pool bar with the misters going and our dog was doggie royalty. He had bottomless water and plenty of pets and paw shakes from the staff and visitors. Best stay of our cross country road trip so far. Only frustration was the inability to order from the restaurant or look at the menu without going there and placing order (nothing online and can’t call it in), and the front desk staff upon check in and check out were a bit grumpy but efficient.

Perfect pet/dog hotel. We’ve stayed in several pet friendly hotels across the US and this is by far the best. First floor rooms have a patio that leads directly out to grass or gravel, and there are grassy areas throughout the resort. Dogs are welcome throughout, including the bars/restaurants/take-away areas. No special dog amenities (as we e seen elsewhere) so that’s why 4 bones, though as far as convenience and dog friendly staff, 5 bones all the way!!
