This was the nicest La Quinta we experienced on our trip. Great check-in staff, the rooms in the best conditions, the soundproofing excellent (or else we just had very quiet neighbors), a pristine pet area, and good breakfast options. This is however Scottsdale and it was more costly than other La Quintas on our trip, even while still much cheaper than other Scottsdale options. Would stay there again.

This is the best hotel for dogs yet! We have two Great Danes they had a wonderful spot for the pets to relieve themselves. The room was absolutely lovely, clean beds was great. Along with hands down the staff was super!!! STAY HERE!!

This was a good La Quinta - no pet fees, thank you! Check-in was fine, room fine, breakfast OK, safe location, quiet. There was plenty of room for the dogs to walk around outside and do their business. Only reason I took a bone off was that my dogs were not treated as "royalty" - they were not even documented at check in (I said I had 2 dogs) and there was a sign on the front door saying dogs couldn't be in the lobby during the (2 hour) breakfast period. I understand that they shouldn't be in the food area, but we can't walk through the lobby? Seemed decidedly unfriendly.

Some restaurants that allowed dogs in patio areas were within walking distance of hotel. There was a grassy dog area and a gravelly one, both with free poop bags and trash cans to use. Watch surrounding area for bird parts when walking dogs away from hotel. Local hawk is very messy and leaves pieces of prey on sidewalks and landscape areas.

For a bargain price, La Quinta has always been a pretty good go to for last minute/economic lodging with my dogs. This location was nicely located, had friendly staff, and decent amenities. The walls are a little thin and my AC went out at some point during the week but other that I was extremely comfortable.

This La Quinta location is extremely convenient to either jump on the highway or the many many stores and restaurants within blocks of the Hotel. They keep the hotel extremely clean and sanitized and all the employees are very pleasant to deal with. The room that I had was a very nice room with a comfortable bed and a handicap accessible shower situation. The price is a little bit high but I guess when there’s no pet fee required and everything about the hotel the price does make sense, although I wish it could be a little bit lower because I would go every other week so I’d be able to visit my son up in the Scottsdale area.

This was out first hotel stay with our large Rottweiler and it went great. Staff was helpful, pet area was great. They would even let your pet accompany you to the pool (just not in it). Location was clean and didn’t smell like pets! Rooms are good sized and staff was animal friendly.

On our recent family vacation, we booked stays with La Quinta in cities along the way. Had we not stayed in this La Quinta, I would have recommended that travelers stay away from the La Quinta chain altogether. The staff was professional, and dressed professionally. The room was clean and the AC worked. There was no funny smell. It was quiet. Oh! Clean linens! We had clean linens! Something that the other La Quintas we stayed in didn't always provide. I am wondering why there isn't consistency within the chain.

The room was big which helped my family because we were going to be there for a week. Dogs are welcome, great grass area for them to go. The staff was nice and helpful, they even let me pay my last two nights in cash when I was having debit card problems.

Nice hotel. There is a grass area next to the pool for smokers and pets. It is a nice place to stay. No complaints. Clean updated rooms. Rooms are spacious, pillows were comfortable and bed was cozy.

Certainly not a luxurious hotel, but in Spring of 20221 we were able to get rates of around $100/night. Of course, no pet fee. No real breakfast. And we didn't understand that coffee isn't available until 7 AM in the lobby although they do have a coffee maker in the room.
The room was decent and clean. But the elevator floors and hallway carpeting were dirty--looked like they weren't mopped/vacuumed recently and the carpeting also stained--overdue for carpet cleaning.
