Very friendly and helpful staff, on a mostly updated facility. Room was cozy, clean and a very comfy bed! Some maintenance issues however, bathroom door wouldn’t close as the hinges were stripped out and the bathroom roof had 10” of paint/plaster peeling (from upstairs water damage?).

First off the room I reserved wasn’t the room I got. The room I clicked on, on the web site I chose by the description of the room. When I got to the room it didn’t match the description. So I went to bring it to their attention and they claimed that I got the room I reserved and the one I was describing was a different room. So the room I wanted wasn’t available and I had to settle for the smaller room. Not happy about that. But on top of that the floor felt like we were walking on a movie theater floor. Absolutely disgusting.

Property could use a real good cleaning. Very simple and not expensive. Power wash halls and stairs. Fresh paint on exterior and doors could help with overall appearance.

The location was great, next to a Dennys, which was very beneficial during this COVID time, where there is no continental breakfast. The room was large and great for my family and dog. Problem was this is supposed to be a non-smoking room, and someone definitely smoked in it, including covering up the smoke detector with a plastic bag.

The location of the hotel feels remote--like there's not much in walking distance. The rooms were basic but solid, as with most La Quintas. It had a fridge and coffee maker in the room. I liked being able to park right in front of my room since I had my big dog with me. At the same time, an exterior room also means it's noisier. All the staff was really nice. The breakfast could've used a little bit of help though; they had no breakfast meat or scrambled eggs--just cereals, bagels, pastries, yogurt, and biscuits.

My two dogs were welcomed here. The dog grassy area is a strip of grass that is in front of the hotel, which also runs along the side of the road that is in front of the hotel. Thus, not the safest, but it serves its purpose. The hotel itself is a little worn, but it was clean. They offered a nice breakfast. They gave me a third floor room. So if you prefer a first floor room, like I do, you may need to request one. We had a pleasant stay.
