Location was just far away from the busy Route 66 downtown as to not be in traffic. Rooms were clean and beds were comfortable. Only gave 4 bones because there wasn't a dedicated spot for dogs to relieve themselves, no doggie bags or trash disposal handy. It states on description that dogs were allowed to be left in room, however on the pet policy we signed, pets were not to be left in room although many pets were. If we pass through the area in the future we would stay again as it was comfortable and pet rooms seem to be on one end of hotel on 1st floor.

Took family for a snow play vacation. We stayed two nights. The room is big. The beds and pillows are horrible. Furniture very dusty and carpet dirty. Couldn't see dog area because of snow. You can hear all the noises from everyone. When we were loading up this morning a worker was putting salt down for ice, it should of been done early morning. My husband fell hard and hit his head and the guy just stood there watching. Unbelievable.

Would be a 5 star review on a non-dog site, as everything was great for the money. Only thing is there isn’t a lot of good dog walking spots right next to the hotel.

Great staff, very friendly no problems with the pets. Room smelled like cigarettes despite being a non-smoking room so we were moved to a second room where only the bathroom smelled like cigarettes. Overall good experience.
