Hotel and room were clean and pretty quiet. Places for doggies to do their business. Breakfast /pool were nice. Only critique was that couch and carpet had seen better days. Need to be replaced, having nothing to do with dogs. Would recommend it and would definitely stay there again. Hotel was close enough to Disneyland so we could come back and check on the doggies every 4 hours and they were all good. Was also great for us to rest from waiting in line in the sun at Disneyland.

It's hard to find a place that will allow a dog over 100 lbs, but my Great Dane was welcome here. Quick access to a large grassy area. Two poop bag stations. My dogs behaved better than some kids. Plenty of room in the suite. Nice kitchenette. One time pet fee of $75. We'll see if they charge any extra after the fact.

Location isn’t bad. Being close to the freeway can be a double-edged sword (convenient, but freeway noise can be loud). Check-in was a bit slow, as there was only one person staffing the desk. They did not have our reservation choice, but upgraded us free of charge. We did not receive any pet amenities (bowl, bed, nor treats). The room was a bit dated, but clean. Hope this helps! I'm thrilled we found Sonesta ES via the BringFido website. The room was very clean, the beds were super comfortable and our room had a very nice well stocked kitchenette. The staff was friendly and welcoming when we arrived with our large dog. It was an A+ experience.

After a different place have canceled our reservation, this hotel gave us a room at 10 in the morning, at no extra charge. The room was clean, and there was plenty of space for us and our dogs.

The hotel had a very generous pet policy compared to some others in the area. We were allowed to leave the dog in the room unattended. They also had a special pet magnet to put on the door to ensure the housekeeping staff knew we had a dog and therefore would not come into the room. If I had to stay in the area again, I would not hesitate to book this hotel again.

Conveniently located near Disneyland. Everyone was excited to meet Goober. The only inconvenience is that the pet relief area is super small and super far away.
