The jacuzzi tube was great but aged. Did enjoy the complimentary snacks for us and my pups, plus the wine and snacks and the pies at the end of the night was perfect.

Great location, steps from a dog-friendly beach and restaurants, great service, charm, hospitality towards man and beast, etc. etc. Should easily be a 5-star rating BUT our room was on the street level with an extremely loud portable A/C unit next to the bed. Couldn’t turn it off and the staff couldn’t move us so we had resort to ear plugs. I suggest asking about the room prior to booking.

Lovely place to stay, very accommodating for the pup, but there’s really nowhere to eat. They roll up the sidewalks and put the town away at 8:00 pm on weeknights.

Loved our stay at Avila La Fonda! The staff was friendly and hard-working. Plenty of parking and is very close to the beach and restaurants. Really enjoyed the charcuterie plate with wine and the pie in the evening!! Very nice touch and made the stay even more special!!!

This pet friendly hotel is steps away from the beach and shops and restaurants. The sheets on the bed are Egyptian Which are super soft. There is no ocean view but every room has a balcony to sit outside and a big spa bath. We still loved the few from our balcony. The hotel have delicious pies in the evening and basket of breakfast goodies between 8-10. My dogs were treated like royalty and it’s reasonable. We will be staying here again for sure

One of the nicest places we have stayed with or without our fur baby. Staff was incredibly friendly, and this place takes hospitality to a new level. 5 minute walk to the beach were the dogs can run before 10 and after 5 (not allowed on the beach between 10 and 5). 5 minute car ride to the dog beach where they can run all day!

We had such a nice stay here! We didn’t get to enjoy some of the things such as homemade pies but was a perfect resting place for 2 humans and 2 basset hounds. The room was super comfortable with a nice bed, a small patio but also a Great kitchenette where we could store food and beves. Walking distance to the dog beach. And everyone here were really sweet . Highly recommend if Avila Beach is your hang spot or mid destination.
