      Dump

      This place is a dump. Do not stay here unless you need to absolutely 100% stay in Beaumont for some reason. Next time I will drive a little further and stay at a decent place. There are people living here. it is an absolute sty, and of course the owners could not care less. DO NOT STAY HERE!
