    Omni La Costa Resort & Spa Carlsbad welcomes two dogs of any size for an additional fee of $75 per stay in Standard rooms, and $200 per stay in Suites and Villas. Well-behaved dogs may be left unattended, but if the dog is noisy the manager on duty may remove it and charge a penalty fee. You can enjoy a round of golf with your dog. Dogs are allowed on the golf course as long as they are leashed and picked up after. Dogs are also allowed in the restaurants as long as they are leashed. There are grassy pet relief areas on the property. Cats are not permitted. For same day arrivals, please call 877‑411‑3436 to confirm availability of a pet-friendly room.

      Nice Hotel

      The Omni is a nice hotel and great for a dog. The rooms are pleasant and clean and the grounds are lovely with several pools, hot tubs, and helpful staff. Most important, this is a great place for a dog as there are lots of grassy areas within easy access to the rooms and the rooms are quiet. Be aware that between parking (there is no other parking nearby and no way to access the resort without a car), the resort fee, and the city tax, the total will be about $100 more than room rate.
