This place is fine. It's definitely not at the standards of the Crowne Plaza it used to once be. It basically looks like Crowne Plaza sold it off and the new owners shrugged and said "we aspire to mediocrity so let's stick with this." On top of all that, they charge for parking which is insane. If it were a hotel in a major city, I could maybe understand but for them to not even offer a free parking alternative somewhere else is truly highway robbery. On top of everything else, they didn't clearly explain that we had to specifically request to have our room cleaned so it was only cleaned once. Do better Concord Plaza. Do better.

Rooms were clean.. and quiet despite airport next door.. didn’t grade down because of the trash outside in the parking lot.. but exterior maintenance was poor
