I asked for a upper room where we didn’t have to listen to people walking all night and also not to be near stairs or vending machines. The front desk guy wasn’t listening.

This property has deteriorated and no longer an option for us. We left after 1am even though we booked for 3 nights. Dirty, doors don't close properly, too much noise. We went to another hotel for night 2 and 3. Won't stay at the Best Western Dry Creek anymore.

Our pup and we were treated wonderfully. Pool time was good for us while the pup was away playing with friends. Very friendly staff too; makes a huge difference.

This place is nothing special. They do allow dogs for a fee but no effort made other than a key to the room. Elevator was broken and no apology other than if you can't carry bags up to 3rd floor, I will call maintenance to help you.

It's hard to shine during covid and mandatory evacuations due to fire, but these guys did a great job. There isn't a designated pet bathroom area or treats/dog poop bags, but this was a solid place to stay. We used the parking lot, walked the neighborhood, and never leave home without our own bags.

Enjoyed our stay. Pet area is dg not grass but there is plenty of adequate landscape that is usable at the edge of the parking lot. Pet perks were unexpected: small toy, bowl and poop bags.

It was very much a disappointment. Although dog friendly, there are is really very little space to walk your dog. They advertised as having free breakfast, but they have discontinued that. On our last day, there was no free breakfast. they are supposedly considering offering vouchers for the nearby restaurant. A little dated in the interior,. I would have to say that a La Quinta is better than this.

Great location. There is a walking path just down the street which allowed us to get out and stretch our legs and eat up some time until the 4:00pm check-in time. The staff was very welcoming of our two Springers and got us into our room with a nice doggie welcoming bag. The room was very clean and large enough that we did not feel confined. The bathroom was one of the largest we have found in the Best Western chain allowing us space to put their food and water dishes out of the way on the tile floor. The only downside in the room was the plantation shutters do not block enough of the outside lighting. In the night there was enough outside light coming into the room that you did not have to turn on a light which made it difficult for the Spaniels to sleep well. Also, we couldn’t find a nice grassy pet area close to the hotel. There is a good restaurant adjacent to the hotel and a grocery store just a block away. Would definitely recommend this Best Western.

They made check in super easy & quick so I could get back out to my dog in the car. They gave us a goody bag with toys, waste bags, and a collapsible bowl! The complimentary breakfast was fabulous, the staff were friendly & helpful and the bed was SOO Cozy!!

Hotel is very conveniently located by downtown and redwoods. Pet relief area not great but there is a nice walking path nearby. Lovely pools and hot tubs.
