The Waterfront Beach Resort a Hilton Hotel

The Waterfront Beach Resort a Hilton Hotel welcomes two pets up to 75 lbs for an additional fee of $99 per pet, per stay. Both dogs and cats are permitted, but pets may not be left in the room unattended. Four-legged guests are provided bowls, treats, waste bags, and an information packet to use during their stay. Leashed dogs are allowed everywhere on the property, including the designated pool deck (but not in the pool). The on-site restaurant even has a pet menu!

Great hotel experience!
The Hilton was a great dog friendly hotel! Chose a first floor room for the patio (124 has a large patio looking at the pool) and I recommend taking your dog out to the Highway 1 side (thru the pool gates) on the same level for potty breaks. Room was quiet overnight which is great when staying with your pup. I also liked that I could bring my dog poolside and to the patio of outdoor restaurants. The pet fee is a little steep but they also probably have destructive pets staying sometimes.

Best pet friendly hotel!
When you arrive they give you a goodie bag for your dogs and even let you use a pet bed if you need it! We were given a room on the first floor and the patio area was HUGE! It was perfect for my 2 shih tzus to run around in and it was enclosed so there was no way for them to get out. I loved that they were able to go by the pool area bc many hotels don’t allow this. It is the perfect hotel for a getaway with your pup!

We love this place
This was our fifth stay here. We love it because it’s beautifully decorated and the king rooms are spacious to fit Maggie’s crate. There’s a nice little lawn in front of the lobby. They did have a little poopy bag dispenser on our previous visits but I didn’t see it this time. No matter. Just don’t forget your bags. There’s a cute little pet store right up the street called Top Dog. We always take Maggie and let her pick out a toy. The hotel staff are always so nice to us and Maggie. Huntington Dog Beach is great.

My Favorite Hotel
We have stayed at this beautiful hotel several times and finally decided to bring our puppy. He was welcomed with a goodie bag with treats, waste bags, a tennis ball, bottle of water and food dish. They really go above and beyond for your pet. We even got a lower level floor with a large patio for him to run around on. At check in I was told all their rooms are pet friendly, they just have a different cleaning procedure for rooms that have had a pet stay. They are also allowed to hang out at the pool and enjoy the warm sunshine. I would highly recommend this hotel.
