      Worn but okay

      A little worn, but could be worse. Kitchenware upon request (inconvenient). Could be cleaner also. Had multiple guests (families) bang on the door thinking it was their room, which is odd. Landscaping came 06:30 on Saturday morning disturbing the quiet. Hotel staff did not care and refused to tell them to stop. Equivalent to Motel 6 quality. Near Irvine Spectrum shopping and concert venue. Free parking.

      Dog friendly, nice staff, clean room - all great for the price.
