    Surf and Sand Resort welcomes two dogs up to 40 lbs for an additional fee of $200 per stay. Dogs may not be left unattended in rooms. A welcome dog treat is available at the front desk, and pets are allowed on the beach before 9am and after 6pm. Cats are not permitted. For same day arrivals, please call 877‑411‑3436 to confirm availability of a pet-friendly room.

    The Surf and Sand Resort is a beachfront luxury hotel located 20 miles from the Orange County Airport and 40 minutes from the Magic Kingdom. Attractive guest rooms with bleached wood furniture and plantation shutters are carefully detailed non smoking and ADA approved rooms are available. The hotel features a sea view outdoor swimming pool and hydrospa with a glass screened sundeck with bar and food service. The hotel offers 500 feet of warm clean sand and cool blue surf with umbrellas towels and chairs provided on a complimentary basis.
