Kastanienhof Alvern Studio 3
Ask a local for Alvern in Celle, he will hardly be able to help without a map, so "known" is our village. Hardly surprising, since it has not much to offer - except nature. If you sleep with the window open, you can hear the smack hedgehogs, listen to the owl and our revelers and leave in the morning wake up to the loud singing of countless birds. Alvern to include the same creek that flows at the edge of the village avenue, several ponds, a working farm just 40 homes on five streets, about 190 residents, including 30 children, added an estimated 25 dogs, as many cats and some horses. Technically Alvern traffic is a dead end, so there is no through-traffic, but a bus stop. Celle is by car only eight km, with the wheel a little less. Cycling and walking routes are in abundance through woods and meadows around the village. Also, inline skating may be fine, there are well-developed, but quiet streets or Bike paths.
The guest house
Earlier Alvern had its own school, a dwarf or single-class school, as it was back in the 60's still common. And the teacher lived conveniently equal under the same roof, along with a pig and a few chickens - the beasts in an extra stable, of course. Now Alvern no longer has this school because we live in it and feel fit as a fiddle. The pig is also no longer a covered swimming pool we did not so we had room for two smart apartments. The guesthouse is situated in the evening in the shade of large chestnut tree that is the heart of our plot and makes proud in the courtyard tall and wide. The guesthouse has two separate terraces show both the south-east. You can choose between shade or sun at all times.
Our property
A very lively birds inhabited our natural garden and the many trees and bushes, three ponds provide frogs and small animals sufficient habitat and in the summer of courageous biped cooling, and teeming ago dragonflies and newts, in August you can watch fireflies and a bat wall has been the first tenants. In the natural swimming pond, you can use the mentioned frogs, goldfish, koi Shubunkis and vied swim - or simply drift times. The large plot, however, they must share with all of us - all of us that are Silvy and Felix Krahnstöver, our dog Barney and Josy, the cat Luca, the rabbit flakes, Lili, Horst and Uschi (bold Goast- Kois) with its nameless conspecifics The cock Rigoletto with its twelve busy girls (have your own villa and of course the name!) and countless other creatures that inhabit the land else.
Studio 3
The apartment, sorry, that room is located in the main house where we live itself. It has a separate entrance, which is reached by a small terrace from the garden. The bright, located to the southwest room is about 20 square meters and is decorated predominantly white. The large windows and glazed door to the floor let in plenty of light, but you can lock out with existing blinds. In summer, the area is nice and cool due to the large roof overhang. The small bathroom is equipped with shower, toilet and wash basin. A fan provides the necessary deduction system and underfloor heating for warmth. The small kitchen is well equipped with round sink, 2 burner ceramic hob, fridge and microwave with grill. Of course, the kitchen is fully equipped. Under the relatively high French bed (1.40 m wide and 2.00 m long) you can stow their bags in a large bed box. This cozy bed will give them wonderful dreams and when you wake up in the morning, you have an unobstructed view of the countryside. Oh, and before her room ripples in the summer a small stream direction swimming pond.
