      Treated badly

      After checking in, the front desk called my room and woke me. The front desk person told me I didn’t belong in that room and I had 10 minutes to the leave the property or he would call the police!!! I told him he was wrong and I had a BringFido reservation but he wouldn’t listen. I went down to the desk where he greeted me by apologizing and that he confused me with another guest! No offer was made to compensate me for the aggravation and inconvenience!

      Love this hotel

      The hotel is super awesome. Rooms are big and clean. Great location to get round LA. I have stayed here a couple of times, and will always pick this as a home base. Prices are very reasonable and they have a safe parking lot as well. It’s not a five star hotel, but it is always clean and the staff is friendly.
