      Great dog experience

      Dogs stay free here, and there's a nice grassy area on the fifth level prepared for dogs with dog bags at your disposal. The hotel personnel was super friendly and very welcoming to both me and my dog. He had a great stay and so did I. Would highly recommend if you wanted to stay in the downtown area.

      Not the best service

      The service was not horrible but it wasn’t exactly very welcoming. I was told to not allow my dog in pretty much the entire hotel. There wasn’t exactly a pet area. Was told somewhere on 4th floor but I never found it. Wouldn’t stay there again.

      Pretty great

      Everything was pretty great except they never brought us the dog bowls. I think they ran out. Otherwise the lawn on the 4th floor was very convenient.

      Nice but frustrating!

      Nice hotel but the lawn area for dogs is on the 4th floor and none of the 4 elevators stop on the 4th floor! The pool, the brewery, the beauty salon, a gift shop and many other shops are on this floor. Also, no room service; the valet extension wasn’t working so you had to stand in lines and wait every time you needed your car; just a frustrating weekend

      Great location and price! Plus, no pet fee!

      Staff was great! Rates are low during the week and there’s no pet fee. Views are amazing and elevator ride fun if you’re okay with heights.

      4 star hotel

      Bubba was right at home. We brought all his favorite food and bed. The staff did not charge us a pet fee.

      Clean and comfy

      My pups loves the city view with a nice comfy heavenly bed so much they slept in late :)
