    Rustic but pet friendly

Was able to enjoy a drink by the fire with my dog.

    Great place to stay

Brand new rooms! Staff was very helpful! But had to pay for coffee bar in lobby and there was no place to walk dog close by.

    Great location and room

I think we had a newly remodeled room because it was very nice. Location was great and the fireplace in the lobby is amazing.

    Nice Weekend

No frills and provided a nice getaway with the dogs. Lots of places to walk them with a good location to walk to restaurants and shops.

    Okay but…

For $200 a night (out the door) room was quiet but that’s about it. Bath area dimly lit, room size small especially when a larger dog is sharing. Although requested at time of reservation was a ground floor due to the age of our Labrador and we were storing bikes inside the room. Upon check-in was advised all lower floor rooms were not available which made things very challenging for our pet. Lastly the ‘hot’ tub was a laughable joke; it was basically at heated pool temperature. Upon inquiring the desk personnel just said that’s the way it is during summer months. Next time I’ll look elsewhere to stay, especially for the money spent. Thanks

    Comfortable room

Great service, the room was very comfortable. Lots of dogs staying but we could not find the dog area, could’ve been covered by the snow. Missing a fridge and microwave otherwise would have given 5 bones.

    Awful!

I was working in Mammoth at a temporary job. as I wanted to bring my dog, I was lodged here. They put me and my dog (12# Morkie) on the first floor, next to the elevator, at a crossroad to and from the lobby and inside and outside of the hotel. guess what? they call me because the dog is barking and I had to find another place to keep him. the place was filthy. the lampshade next to the bed fell off (it was broken) and knocked my glass of water off. when I got towels to mop it up, the towels came up BLACK! I told the staff and showed them, and they shrugged it off. I set the broken lampshade off to the side so the housekeeper would notice it, but they just ignored it. the shower pressure was so bad I could barely rinse my hair out. it took so long for the water to heat up that I ate my breakfast before my shower water was warm enough.

    3 summer nights in July

Had a nice stay at Sierra Nevada Resort and Spa. Had our 2 labs with us. There were several other dogs around. Lots of grass area for the dogs to relieve themselves. Our room was spacious and cozy. Although it was summer, I enjoyed the heated tiles (my husband keeps it’s cold in the room and I am a wuss). The shower was nice and big, even had a real (separate) tub. The doggos enjoyed their time there.

    Great location

Easy check-in/check-out process. No problem at all with the small dogs. The place was spotless and we constantly saw the cleaning crew following all COVID-19 precautions cleaning the rooms. Will definitely return!

    Relaxing

Very relaxing stay. Would be better if all the amenities were available given that it was opening weekend for Mammoth. But we will certainly return.

    Convenient

We loved the stay and very much appreciate any establishment that is pet friendly. We used BringFido after we checked in to find a pet friendly establishment to eat at. The first recommendation was Ricardo’s within walking distance of the resort. Great place to stay and located next to many pet friendly establishments.
