I’m a little late in posting this review as we stayed here three months ago. In all our travels with our doggy, cross country a couple of times, our stay at the Embarcadero Inn was by far the best. Our room was super. The location is perfect for walks too. You have seagulls on one side to bark at and otters on the other side to bark at. We enjoyed our walk to Morro Rock and as luck would have it we passed an outstanding donut store. To top this all off up the coast a couple of miles there is an area of beach that is designated off leash for doggies. This was the best two days of our months long trip from Charleston SC to Los Altos California and back again.

Very comfortable room with sunset view. Great areas to walk dogs by the water and lots of restaurants with patio seating. Pets are only allowed on the 2nd floor, so it is a little inconvenient for night time potty walks.

It has a good location on the Embarcadero in Morro Bay. And the rooms are very quiet. But other than that it is fairly ordinary. The breakfast room was locked when I went up, so no complimentary continental breakfast. 🤷🏽♀️

We received a warm welcome to the Inn. The accommodation was clean and comfortable. The location was perfect. It was close to a park and waterfront, many shops and a variety of eating places. Good location for lots of walking, or biking too. Quite comfortable for travel with my pet. All worked out perfectly.

We had a beautiful view (which cost extra, of course). There were quite a few dogs enjoying the property. It is near a park and situated near shopping and dining. However, be aware that it is also near a public boat launch, so lots of early morning traffic noise. Perhaps not the quiet and serene environment some might be hoping for. We didn’t mind the noise and really enjoyed our stay.

My favorite pet friendly hotel in Morro bay. You have access to all restaurants and shops on the same street as the hotel. The balcony and view of the bay and boats was amazing. The location was right, the bed is soft, the staff was excellent, and we were able to walk our dogs to grassy area where the dogs did their business. This is the best pet friendly hotel in Morro bay

We had the absolute best time. Our dog isn’t a huge fan of the crowded Main Street so the location of the hotel right next to the Tidelands Park was ideal for us. We walked him there first and then he was tired enough to walk down Main without a problem. The bed was insanely comfortable! Everyone in town was very sweet and the staff at the hotel was exceptional! Mike checked us out and he could not have been more pleasant. We will definitely be back!

This hotel is in a great location in Morro Bay. The rooms are nicely appointed with comfy beds etc... At checking however, we did not recieve the welcome pack for our dog. Then both mornings, vaccuum cleaners were running right outside our room door before 9am. At their nightly rate, nothing like that should happen before 10am. It was a sad overshadow on our weekend trip that was, in every other way - very nice.

Right across from the water and a park, location can’t be beat. We were able to park right under our room, so getting up there was super easy. The staff was very friendly and the room was great - included a porch overlooking the bay!

This is an amazingly nice hotel right on the Embarcadero overlooking the water. The rooms are amazing and newly remodeled. The pet friendly rooms are on the second floor and have walled balconies so it’s great for small dogs. They have a beautiful spa on the second floor as well. They gave Sammy our dog a blanket and doggie biscuits. He loved laying by the fireplace in the room. We will be back for sure. Completely recommend if your looking for a great hotel with ocean view. Many restaurants are pet friendly right near hotel. Everything from Burgers to bistro. We ate at Blue Sky Bistro on pet friendly patio. Amazing food.
