Very accommodating. At the last minute I was able to add my newest addition. They had a special treat basket that the pups loved. The room was huge for a standard room. Lots of space for me and 3 pups! Everyone was so sweet and helpful. The hotel was walking distance to everything I wanted to do in the Downtown area. Will definitely be back!

Very nice hotel- central to the new eateries and drinkeries in Napa River complex. We had a wonderful time and there is a very pretty and quaint promenade to walk the dogs and view the river and shops and incredible gardens and large outdoor art installations🐟🌷🌺💐Rooms were very comfortable and breakfast treats were the best!!

Lovely hotel and beautiful room, not compromised because we had a dog with us. Nice restaurant and eateries very close by.

...and people as well. They supplied a dog bed, treats, bowls, and snacks. Plus, the room was swell for us bi-pedal folks. Central location made access to the town easy and we were able to go for a run along the river trail with our dog straight out of the hotel room.

I picked this hotel based on the cute reviews and photo op with the dog house. I thought my 3 little girls would be tickled. When I said something at check-in to the front desk, he looked at me like I was crazy. He was rude, too. There were no dog treats, blanket, or bowls either. I actually had to do a double take that it was the same hotel! (We also read it was on the Haunted Hotel TV show and my 7 year old daughters asked about that fun fact and the desk clerk was dense about that, too. The guy needs to get a personality!)
The hotel itself is dog friendly and teaming with nice patrons. The walk along the river and green belts are fabulous.
The pastries for breakfast delivered to the room were delightful. Great coffee and Juices.
The General Store restaurant allowed our “well behaved” dog to join us at our patio table.
Overall great stay!

From the blanket, bowls, treats, and potty bags waiting in our room... to the hordes of attention our pup got from the all of the staff... this place is 100% dog friendly. Lots of outdoor spaces to walk around and eat outside... great experience!

They have your dog’s name written on the VIP dog house, which is super cute for a photo op. The pet fee is only $25!! Only downside is the walls are a bit thin so we heard the dog next door to us in early morning, but it’s a great place!

This is definitely a great place to stay when traveling to Napa with your pup. They make sure your pup feels as much of a guest equally to their humans. Service is great. Location even greater! Tons of dog friendly places to eat ( fancy and casual). Daily breakfast from Sweetie Pies! Short stroll to the Veteran’s park.
