No water from 8:30am-3:30pm on our last day, so we checked out early. One of two elevators didn’t work. Long line for check in due to Father’s Day, short staff and Summer Concert Series. No pet stuff were offered besides cookies at front desk. We liked that we could crate and leave our dogs while we grabbed a quick bite. Not sure if I will be back.
Wow I am absolutely thrilled to report that my dog Elton was treated so well here. Doggie bed and gift bag delivered to the room. Everyone was SO incredibly nice to us! The vibe was friendly and happy, Elton was allowed everywhere with me! As a former hotel and restaurant executive I have to say this place was overall one of the most positive experiences I could have imagined!
Room was spacious; no dog welcome items offered so good thing we brought our own dog beds. Room was pretty well insulated and we got one with a balcony that opened directly into a grass and mulch area which was nice for letting doggies out. The walking trail behind the hotel is short but pleasant. The place felt crowded, breakfast is not included, and the pools are small and crowded. Lots of drunk people from wedding receptions and Napa tours end up here so be careful.
