      Second Stay

      We like the location walking distance to the ocean trails and one mile walk to downtown Pacific Grove and breakfast at Toasties who welcomes dogs in their outside sitting. Theo at Seabreeze was a great help when our TV wasn't working. He made us a priority when fixing it. Sea Breeze also let us check in early unlike a lot of the other hotels. Quiet rooms with wood floors for the dog. It would be nice if they catered a little to our dog, but no complaints. Would recommend highly if you like to walk Fido a lot.

      Odd pet policy

      We have a big dog. He is quiet, polite, never climbs on furniture. The pet rate was by the pound: $20 for a small dog, $30 for medium (under 50lbs) and $40 for large guys...per day! Not one-time charge. Housekeeping never came in our 3 day stay, so the charge wasn't for extra work. So $140 bucks was crazy for our 3 night stay. Also, no dog bed, water bowl, treats, etc.
