Ken at the front desk was attentive, informed, and accommodating. This hotel is fantastic in terms of how it caters to dog owners. We received a room on an upper floor which was quiet and clean. The only thing I would criticize is the breakfast buffet which is overpriced for what it offers. Other than that, this hotel is excellent for dog owners.

The hotel was great for the dogs. Provided a water and food bowl plus a small mat as well as a doggie bed plus a bag of canine treats upon arrival to the room.

The staff was nice and the room was fine, but they seemed surprised to see I had a dog with me although I HAD booked through BringFido. The only thing they gave me pertaining to my dog was an acknowledgment of responsibility form to sign and a door tag to warn housekeeping that my dog was in the room. Nothing that would indicate they were dog friendly.

This hotel was excellent. When I checked in, I confirmed that we were in a dog-friendly room and was told that the entire hotel is dog friendly. Our 75 lb Goldendoodle went everywhere with me, including hanging by the pool while I relaxed, dined and enjoyed a cocktail (although he would have preferred it if he could have jumped in the pool!). There are tons of dog-friendly places to walk to and plenty of doggy relief areas around the beautiful property. Highly recommend!

We spent two nights here and found everyone at the Sheraton to be friendly and welcoming toward us and our dog. It seemed our floor was dedicated to pet guests. The room was large, very clean and comfy. We loved that or dog was welcome everywhere, even poolside! Great location to walk to downtown Palo Alto with our dog for shipping and restaurants.

We love the Sheraton Palo Alto. It is our go-to hotel with our pup when in the Bay Area. The staff welcome dogs with open arms and pups are welcome in the outdoor dining restaurant around the pool. There is lots of green space for potty around the property and they even provide potty bags and garbage containers in the green space. We love the vibe!!
