      Very poor

      We were sent to the 3rd floor. The hotel experience was poor. Check-in staff were unfriendly and not helpful. Very disappointed.

      Great stay!

      The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was very clean and well furnished. Breakfast was great!

      Clean and friendly

      Spent one night and found this fairly new hotel to be very clean and comfortable. The front desk staff was very friendly and outgoing. They greeted both of my humans and me with enthusiasm.
